By creating an account or using Hilearners AI you agree to these terms.
Give accurate information, keep your password private, and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Do not upload unlawful, abusive or harmful material, try to break into other accounts or the platform, or use Hilearners AI to cheat in exams. Be respectful in messages and video calls.
You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You allow Hilearners AI and your school to store and display it so the service can work. Course materials belong to the school or lecturer who uploaded them.
AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check important facts against your textbooks and lecturers. The writing assistant helps you improve your own work, so submit work that is honestly yours and follow your school's academic integrity rules.
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
We or your school may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
To the extent the law allows, Hilearners AI is not liable for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, the service.
We may update these terms. If we make an important change we will tell you in the app.
